Drumin Mountain Bike Experience is run by Antony Poppleton who has bought and restored Drumin, and Max Whicher owner of Bikes Direct.
Antony’s passion for the Cairngorms and local knowledge, coupled with Max’s contacts and leading manufacturers and riders, place us in a unique position to deliver a truly memorable mountain bike experience in the home of adventure sports in the UK.
On the 2nd to the 5th of November 2013 we ventured up to Drumin in the Glenlivet Crown Estate with Andrew Dodd (Features Editor of MBUK) and Russell Burton (Professional Sports Photographer).
The Drumin Experience offers luxury fully catered mountain bike holidays in a five bedroom Georgian Farmhouse in Scottish Highlands with its own ruined castle in the gardens.
Based on the popular model of the chalet skiing holiday, you will have exclusive use of the house and grounds. We will provide a full Scottish breakfast and gourmet evening meals with all the wines and a full fridge of beer included. You will also have your own local expert rider to act as your guide on the mountains.
Drumin is the perfect location for the best biking trails and wilderness single track challenged that Scotland has to offer. It also happens to be situated in the beautiful Speyside in the gourmet capital of Scotland and the whisky capital of the world!
This is an “A list” mountain biking experience.
